Beautifully designed guest rooms, Diverse spa facilities, Attractive garden areas

Inconsistent communication at reception!!! The uneven floors in the Design building can be disorienting!!! Additional fees for parking were not clearly advertised!!! Towels and basic cosmetics were below expected standards!!!

The breakfast buffet was outstanding.

Room with a view to cherish

The location was perfect, just a short stroll to the beach. The spa treatments were refreshing, and I loved that they offered complimentary bicycles for exploring the area.

Unfortunately, moving between the separate buildings was inconvenient. The room service was a bit slow, which made waiting for food frustrating at times.

Perfect spot for relaxation

Super modern vibes everywhere. The spa treatments were heavenly, especially loved the outside sauna! Breakfast was on point, and I really enjoyed the in-room dining too. It's just a shame the pool area was a bit crowded at times, which kinda took away from the chill factor.

The hotel boasts a beautifully designed spa area with a spacious layout and numerous sauna options. Breakfast is a highlight, offering a wide variety, although the dinner menu could be improved. On the downside, some service aspects felt lacking, particularly regarding staff attentiveness. a pleasant experience.

We stayed in the Deluxe Double Room with Spa Access, Building Luxury, and it was a bit cramped at first, needed to switch rooms for more space. But the second room was fantastic! Super spacious and the sea view was amazing. The bed was really comfy too, made it easy to crash after a long day. The decor had that sleek modern vibe, but what really stood out was the spa access—such a great perk!

The stylish Scandinavian architecture and gardens created a tranquil atmosphere, perfect for leisurely walks, reflecting my love for design and making navigation easy for seniors like myself.

Improve accessibility between spa and main building.

we stayed at palanga for 3 nights to celebrate our anniversary, and the hotel surprised us by upgrading us to a stunning suite! the sea views from our room were breathtaking. the mineral water pool and spa access were fantastic for relaxing.

The spa complex was incredible with multiple saunas and a lovely outside jacuzzi. The breakfast included sparkling wine and delicious desserts, making our mornings special. the room was clean and spacious with a perfect setup for relaxation after a long day.

The wifi in the room had some hiccups.
